On July 7, 2023, staff of the Labor Relations Promotion Group Conciliation, the Bangkok Labor Protection and Welfare Office Area 10 came together to visit Kyoseki Automotive Pipe Co., Ltd. to promote proactive labor relations with a bilateral system.
We were held together based on the principle of good faith in negotiations to build good understanding with each other through various channels and allow employees to express their opinions through employee committee meetings.
Moreover, this meeting was organized to strengthen good relations within the organization resulting in a good labor relations system, prevent conflicts and create a good working atmosphere.
